The C-Suite Leaders Program—India prepares senior leaders like you to embrace change and thrive in an evolving business landscape. You will consider business strategy through various lenses, explore opportunities for growth, and hone your leadership style. The program is divided into three modules, the second of which is delivered in-person in Mumbai, India. It concludes with a three-day immersion and networking event on the Wharton campus in Philadelphia where you will also have learning sessions.

    Join the program introduction session where you will get to know your peers, engage in discussions with your cohort, and get an understanding of what to expect over the next several months.

    Consider business strategy from various lenses, including leadership, organizational culture, industry trends, and talent management. Who is it for?

The C-Suite Leaders Program—India is ideal for business leaders in the region who are seeking to grow their businesses and organizations. This can include current C-suite executives wanting to augment their strategic leadership skills with innovative thinking and C-suite aspirants looking to acquire executive leadership capabilities.

It is particularly beneficial for:

Participants are required to have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' work experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Pathway to Wharton alumni status

For more than 135 years, Wharton has been the place where visionaries, inventors, and trailblazers get their start. After completing the C-Suite Leaders Program—India and subsequent open-enrollment programs, subject to further qualification criteria and additional tuition, you have a pathway to apply for Wharton alumni status.​

Executives who successfully complete the C-Suite Leaders Program—India have the option of applying to the General Management Program (GMP). The GMP provides further opportunity to enhance your leadership skills and business acumen with a flexible curriculum. The C-Suite Leaders Program—India provides one credit toward the six required to complete the GMP and earn alumni status. More details on the GMP are available at Wharton Executive Education.

Upon qualifying for Wharton alumni status, you will be eligible to receive:​

  • Full access to become a member of 77+ Wharton alumni clubs​
  • An invitation to attend future Wharton global alumni forums​
  • A Wharton email address​
