Propel your growth strategy and drive sustained profitability
The program will observe a scheduled holiday break from December 24, 2025 through January 1, 2026.
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Program from Wharton Executive Education prepares senior executives to lead with clarity, integrate revenue-related functions, and drive sustainable business growth. In today’s environment, where organizations are shifting from “growth at all costs” to long-term profitability, the CRO role is central to aligning strategy with execution.
Led by Wharton’s world-renowned faculty, this 9- to 10-month program blends revenue strategy, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven insights. Participants gain the mindset and tools to optimize revenue operations, navigate business challenges, unlock new growth opportunities, and position themselves as effective CROs who can drive revenue growth, while delivering competitive advantage for lasting business impact.
Hear from Wharton faculty and alumni as they share how the senior executive programs transform ambition into lasting impact, combining depth, rigor, global perspective, and high-caliber networking opportunities that define learning at the highest level.

“CROs are the linchpin in determining everything related to organizations' revenues — from articulating the organization's vision and revenue strategy for meeting their goals to deciding which new ventures to put resources into. The Chief Revenue Officer Program will equip you with the skills to value organizations, forecast revenues, introduce new products, and scale new ventures. You will emerge with a strategic vision of the C-suite while having a tactical view of the multiple functions involved in revenue operations.”
