Navigate growth through global leadership strategies

Today’s globally connected world requires advanced leadership skills and an unconventional approach to business that extends far beyond core functional competencies. Expanded global responsibilities, an increased focus on the customer experience, and demands for disruption and innovation require that top management think differently to succeed. With pressure to increase returns on capital, establish viable long-term partnerships, and develop winning strategies for multiple markets, the C-suite role has transformed significantly. The modern C-suite role requires empathetic leadership, a focus on technology, and sophisticated management skills. The right blend of communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking will enable you to thrive as a global leader.

The Global C-Suite Program is an extraordinary opportunity to build your leadership abilities in a fast-paced landscape and develop a growth-oriented mindset. The comprehensive 9- to 12-month program aids your transition into the C-suite with the skills needed to address short- and long-term business challenges. It will help you emerge as an inspiring and enterprising C-suite executive ready to lead a values-driven global organization.

Hear from our participants

As a lifelong knowledge seeker, I consider the Wharton Global C-Suite program an excellent investment in myself during a period of reflection after my time as President EMEA and GM Foot Locker Europe. Taking the Wharton content and using it to analyze and reflect on my decisions and leadership during my tenure in the role proved insightful; I had thrived professionally and succeeded in the goals of my division during what was a deep and complex three years for the organization and retail. Being able to use solid academic rigor and methodology to break those years down and create a roadmap for my next role was invaluable.

— Susie Kuhn, President EMEA & General Manager Foot Locker Europe

The interactive sessions were insightful and profound, including delving into the intricacies of leadership, navigating the AI era with MOATS, and a very interesting case study on M&A. Beyond the wealth of knowledge gained, I had the incredible opportunity to be at The Wharton School campus where I got to engage with accomplished professors and meet friends from other cohorts.

— Amit Unde, Vice President and CTO, Insurance at LTIMindtree

The wrap-up session at the Wharton campus was a culmination of intensive learning, strategic discussions, and collaborative insights. It broadened my understanding of global business dynamics and also provided a platform to forge meaningful connections with fellow executives.

— Haifa Al Lawati, CHRO Bank Nizwa
