The Global C-Suite Program will enable forward-thinking executives like you to learn from a cutting-edge curriculum that reflects current industry trends. You will learn to formulate and execute global strategies, develop new approaches to manage global teams, and lead growth-focused initiatives. The program is divided into two components — 18 weeks of core modules followed by three online electives of six weeks each. It concludes with a two-day networking and graduation event on the Wharton campus in Philadelphia.
Note: Session topics and final list of electives are subject to change
Throughout the program, you will work on a reflection journal by applying program learnings to identify challenges in your current or previous organization. For the executive reflection, you will select one of the challenges you have identified, analyze it using each module’s learnings, and create a set of potential solutions to resolve the challenge.
There are three reflection journal submissions in total — one at the end of each phase:
Week 6: Global Strategy
Week 12: Executing Growth Strategies
Week 18: Global Leadership
You will be able to reflect upon the strategies you wish to implement, the support you will need in executing them, and how you can contribute to the future of your organization.
You are also encouraged to take advantage of weekly office hours and the Slack channel to ask questions and discuss ideas with your success coach and fellow peers.
