Each week, this program draws on an original case scenario to help you build the leadership skills needed to improve team effectiveness, foster relationships, and make an impact on your career. The unique program format gives you the firsthand opportunity to:

Program Modules

Capstone Project

As you progress through the program, you will develop a leadership strategy plan to guide an organization through a major transformation that significantly impacts its processes and procedures. Each week, you will add recommendations to your plan that will help lead your team through this change. At the end of the program, you will present your leadership strategy plan to the organization’s board of directors.
